Commitment to
Dignity

Whether a member chooses to serve as a chapter officer, or represent AOII as a member of other campus or community organizations, there are numerous opportunities to develop leadership skills as a member of AOII.

Commitment to
Scholarship

AOII encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by scholarship programs, academic development officer resources, and fellow members makes success attainable.

Commitment to
College Loyalty

From collegiate years on through alumnae involvement, the reason AOIIs continue service is the joy of spending time together and sharing the insights learned from the relationships we build and sustain.

Letter from the President

On behalf of the Omicron Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi, I want to welcome you to our website! Our chapter takes great pride in the sisterhood we share here at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and I am so excited to share that with you!

Omicron has been on UT's campus since 1902, making it the longest running chapter of AOII ever! Since our founding, we have been greatly involved on campus, contributing to a variety of organizations within our University and beyond. Our chapter motto is "be like minded in purpose,” which encompasses the strong values and love for one another that we hold in common.

We are so excited that you are interested in our chapter and what we are all about. Feel free to explore our website to get a small glimpse of what AOII and the Omicron Chapter has to offer!

ALAM,

Abby Anderson
